Each year, Trumbull Youth Lacrosse is proud to grant two Trumbull High School graduating lacrosse players with $500 scholarships based upon academic and athletic achievement, financial need, community service and giving back to our program.
On Thursday February 16th, 2016 Stacy Faith passed away peacefully after a long and courageous fight, and the TYL family lost one of our own. For several years Stacy Faith was a TYL board member and managed all scheduling. Her real job was that of being a loving mom to her two children, Evan and Georgia; and devoted wife to her husband Scott. Despite the demands of raising a family and holding a full-time job, Stacy was able to find time to make TYL run. Very few people see or understand the demands and complexity in managing the scheduling of over 100 games and countless practices. Stacy took on the responsibility without reservation and without ever a complaint. While she may not have ever played lacrosse she was certainly our Most Valuable Player. In October of 2016 TYL renamed the TYL scholarship in Stacy's memory
